Director/support coordinator
Kathleen has a strong reputation for her work as one of the most experienced Support Coordinators in South East Queensland. Kathleen has a degree in Behavioural Science with a Major in Disability Studies. She has been working with people with disability, their families and service providers for over 27 years.
Kathleen is particularly passionate about working with people to direct their own supports and enjoys working with people through change and innovation, planning, mentoring and strategic advice.
Kathleen works with our participants through plan reviews and NDIS funding and builds relationships through empathy, transparency and warmth.
Support coordinator
Kelly has a wealth of experience in service delivery roles. She has background working within QLD health and in other complementary health services. She has worked in office and project management in a variety of dynamic and busy organisations.
Kelly thrives in the Support Coordination role with her excellent organisational skills, she is the queen of multitasking and prioritising the needs of the people we support.
Kelly focuses on business support, budgets & ensures the work for participants is conducted in a timely manner.
Support coordinator
Michelle has lived experience caring for family members living with Psychological, Physical and Intellectual disability. She has more than 8 years experience supporting young adults and their families. She has completed studies in case management and is an experienced coordinator of inclusive and mainstream social experiences for people with disability.
Michelle values connecting and engaging with people and she is an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community. She makes sure that all participants in a conversation feel equally heard, respected and understood.
Michelle focuses on day-to-day support coordination with our participants and multiplex support.
